3. Items are sold on a first come first served basis. Payment has to be made within 24 hour after the confirmation, otherwise order will be cancelled automatically.

5. No refund or exchange after payment has been made.

6. Sold out item is able to restock but depends on Supplier's availability.

7. Advance payment are needed for restock items. Full refund will be made if item is not restockable.
